Avocado Chutney
This my my very simple recipes of making India style avocado chutney. All you need is just 5 ingredients and that's all.It's quick and easy with minimal fuss.Avocado chutney is best eaten with curry,with fried Indian samosas and bhajiyas,with dhokla or Idli or just on top of crackers. Enjoy!!
Ingrediants:
- 1-2 Avocados (dependents on how much you want to make)
- 1-2 cloves of peeled garlic (if you want it more garlicky then add more)
- 1-2 green hot chillis (if you want more heat then add extra)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 small onion (optional)
Method:
- Scoop out flesh from avocado.
- Peel and chop onions (optional ingredient) into very small pieces.
- Add garlic,chilli and salt in a mortal and pestle as grind ingredients into a paste.
- Add avocado and onions (optional) and mix well.
- Serve as a accompaniment with samosas and other fried goodies or on top of bread or crackers. Enjoy :).
